Loryn Davis

Loryn concentrates her practice on white-collar defense and government investigations. Prior to working at Bohrer PLLC, Loryn worked as an associate at a global law firm in New York where she advised global companies and their officers, directors, and board committees, focusing on internal investigations and inquiries by the DOJ, SEC and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations, compliance counseling, white-collar defense, and securities litigation.

Loryn received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, she served on the Board of Directors of Harvard’s mediation program.
