Adam Yaeger is an experienced litigator and investigator who guides corporations and high-profile individuals through a broad range of high-stakes matters, including government inquiries and enforcement actions, internal investigations, and the development and implementation of compliance and risk management programs.

Adam’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, securities enforcement actions, internal investigations, commercial disputes, litigation, and regulatory compliance.  He has led large and complex matters in jurisdictions both domestic and foreign and regularly advises clients regarding the FCPA and anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, OFAC sanctions, the False Claims Act, insider trading laws, as well as securities, accounting, and financial fraud.

Adam’s experience includes investigations by a wide range of regulators and supervisory bodies including the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York State Department of Financial Services, The Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the United States Senate, the Federal Reserve, and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority. 

Adam brings a balanced legal and commercial perspective, having served as an Interim Chief Compliance Officer for a national real estate business.  In this role, he worked closely with the management team to overhaul the company’s legal and compliance program, conduct extensive compliance training for the organization’s 500+ employees, and streamline vendor management protocols and the risk management process.  In addition, he conducted an internal investigation related to civil litigation and coordinated with outside counsel on legal posture and strategy. 

Prior to joining Bohrer PLLC, Adam was an Associate at King & Spalding LLP.   He also served as a Legal Extern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia and Legal Intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Adam is fluent in German and Spanish.
